WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

  • Ooh Chhori Fashion Jewellery provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 1499/-. Otherwise Rs. 99/- is charged towards shipping charges in india.

 

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

  • If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 7-9 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the respective page. For designs with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below availability message.

 

HOW WILL THE DELIVERY BE DONE?

  • We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Dtdc, Blue Dart, First Flight, etc.

 

WHAT ABOUT WARRANTY AND HIDDEN COSTS (ALL TAX ETC.)?

  • There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable to Good & Service Tax (GST).

Objective of shipping policies is to make alert about where we deliver our product, what are charges, delivery time, risk involved, tracking details, packing method and more. Following is the guidelines of shipping.

  • Our products are delivered to almost all part of world. We offer free shipment service to almost all part of India whereas customer need to bare delivery cost in overseas.
  • We request you to note proper address with details of house no, street, pin code, zip code and telephone/ mobile number as Courier Company does not deliver on P.O. Box address. If the product is returned to us because of incomplete or wrong address we are not responsible for such case and also not liable for refund.
  • It will be difficult for us to make deliveries on weekly off and public holidays of your specified place. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
  • Cost of shipping is based on weight of product and distance of shipping location.
  • If your order has two or more items, you may receive them on different days due to varying availability. Company will send email alert regarding tracking number and courier company’s website detail once the product is handed over to courier companies.
  • VAT/customer duties, import duties, customs or duty fees and other taxes, rules & regulation applicable by government are not in our control and they vary from different country and must be paid directly by the buyer.
  • Courier companies may charge some additional service charges above customer duty and they vary from case to case.
  • The time for shipment in our website is around 10 to 15 working days however, they are indicative and approximate value so at times due to situation beyond our control delay may occur. However we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it so we appeal that no refund, replacement or exchange of product may happen on these ground.
  • Customer need to bear shipping cost while returning the products. Company will not refund shipping charges, any other applicable taxes or duties under any circumstances.
